PI Yingyan (Celine) Lin Organized and Chaired the NSF Workshop on AI4HW & HW4AI

PI Yingyan (Celine) Lin, an Associate Professor at Georgia Tech,  led and chaired the organization of the NSF Generative AI for Hardware Design and Hardware Design for Generative AI (AI4HW & HW4AI) workshop at MICRO 2024, alongside colleagues from Google and NSF. This workshop attracted more than 70 researchers from both industry and academia. The roundtable discussion session in the workshop received special attention, focusing on the challenges and potential solutions for AI4HW & HW4AI. SRC scholars, including Yongan (Luke) Zhang, Sixu Li, Chaojian Li, Hyewon Suh, Zhongzhi Yu, Jihoon Hong, Haoran You, and Cheng-Jhih Shih, served as student volunteers for the workshop, gaining opportunities to connect with top-tier researchers.
