As a cross-center collaboration, CoCoSys PI Yu (Kevin) Cao and CHIMES PI Puneet Gupta organized the second CHICO workshop at DAC 2024 on June 23. The workshop has 10 distinguished speakers from Nhanced, Intel, IBM, Analog Devices, and other companies and universities. With more than 100 attendees, the CHICO workshop intended to promote an open forum across packaging technologies and system designers toward a chiplet-baesd ecosystem.
